職責

為視障學生及青年統籌及策劃與生涯規劃、職涯輔導、職業培訓及工作配對等相關之工作，提升視障青年的能力及就業機會，協助籌備、管理並執行促進就業的創新項目，連繫及支援視障青年、擴展僱主網絡，連繫合作夥伴，以促進共融就業。

要求

• 註冊社工或持輔導學位或相關資歷

• 最少一年項目統籌或相關經驗

• 熱心服務視障群體、具團隊合作精神及優秀溝通能力

• 性格積極主動，具創意、靈活應變、執行力強，良好中英文會話及書寫

職責:

• 為視障學生及青年統籌及策劃生涯規劃、職業培訓及工作配對等相關工作。
• 執行個案管理，包括評估、輔導、職場視察、學員督導及個案跟進，並協助項目研究。
• 與僱主及合作夥伴建立聯繫，以促進共融就業機會。

要求:

• 持有註冊社工資格，具備學位或以上學歷。
• 至少一年項目統籌或相關工作經驗。
• 熱衷於服務視障群體，具團隊合作精神及優秀的溝通能力。
• 性格積極主動，具創意，能靈活應變，執行力強，具良好的中英文口語及書寫能力。

誠邀有志從事推動音樂發展教育的人士，致力為視障學生發揮潛能負責項目內容包括:    

• 非物質文化遺產資助計劃項目
• 為不同年齡的視障人士提供音樂體驗及培訓活動，培育視障音樂才能
• 製作音樂點字譜資源庫、籌辦和執行與院校有關的音樂推廣宣傳活動，提升社會共融的概念給大眾
• 負責撰寫計劃書和報告
• 運用社交媒體和多媒體製作，推廣活動及主題信息

要求︰

• 大學或以上學歷，主修文化遺產及擁有音樂樂理資歷者優先考慮
• 至少有3年項目行政經驗，歡迎在履歷上列出在大學期間實習項目或相關研習科目經驗
• 熟悉藝術行政，尤其對文化遺產、保育工作及音樂有認識
• 良好的中英文讀寫能力，具有管理及操作社交媒體的經驗
• 持有由英國皇家音樂學院（ABRSM）或倫敦聖三一學院頒發的任何樂器或演唱證書或其他同等資歷

We sincerely invite high caliber, committed and professional candidate who is intelligent, dynamic and interested in executing music developmental training classes, braille music score and other music activities and performances to join us.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, organizing and implementing promotional materials and social media channels, for Intangible Cultural Heritage programme and Music and Training Courses and Performances for the benefit of visually impaired students and alumni.Prepare proposals and reports, as well as to develop the braille music score database.
• Handle the preparation works and event logistics support for the funded projects with planning and execution processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder with related disciplines such as Cultural Heritage and Music preferred.
• At least 3 years'experience in project administration.
• Please list out on your CV for any internship relevant experience or related study subjects during university years.
• Fond of Arts administration, with knowledge about heritage conservation and music background.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English & Chinese
• Good organizational skills, independent with minimum supervision, ability to work with multi-tasking skills
• Social media marketing skills and good knowledge in computer are essential.
