職責

為視障學生及青年統籌及策劃與生涯規劃、職涯輔導、職業培訓及工作配對等相關之工作，提升視障青年的能力及就業機會，協助籌備、管理並執行促進就業的創新項目，連繫及支援視障青年、擴展僱主網絡，連繫合作夥伴，以促進共融就業。

工作範圍︰

與音樂老師及心光音樂學院職員製作合標準的音樂點字樂譜，包括鋼琴、聲樂、二胡及小提琴點字樂譜。

學歷及要求:

• 須持有音樂學位及相關經驗、對國際認可的音樂點字符號有透切了解及擁有音樂點字編輯的能力；持有關資歷達五年或以上。
• 持有相關中西樂理或器樂的認識，對新音樂點字標準化、制定符號有一定的掌握
• 有耐性、責任心及守時
• 具良好溝通技巧

The organization is now recruiting tutors for:

• Braille Music Scores Editor and Consultant (for both Chinese and Western Music scores)

Scope of work: 

Liaise with music master, music teacher and Ebenezer Music Academy Colleagues to produce up to standard Braille Music Scores (Including Piano, Vocal, Erhu and Violin Braille Music Scores)

Form of employment: Freelance contract

Salary: Offered

Qualifications and requirements:

• Candidates with Music degree and familiar with International Braille Music notation system with relevant experience at least 5 years. 
• with relevant qualifications in Chinese and Music Theory knowledge and instrumental orchestration knowledge including creating new braille music symbols and the standardization format with relevant experience
• Patient, responsible and punctual
• With good communication skills

Our organization provides professional instrumental training for visually impaired individuals, with courses led by accomplished visually impaired musicians. We are currently seeking Instrumental Class Facilitators to support our visually impaired tutors and students during the 2025–2026 academic year. Classes are conducted in small groups of 2 students per session, with each session lasting 1 hour, covering piano, vocal, erhu, and violin lessons.

Scope of Duties:

• Provide assistance to visually impaired tutors and students during instrumental classes, including but not limited to guiding instrument operation, managing the classroom environment, and tracking learning progress
• Assist tutors in preparing teaching materials and organizing classroom equipment
• Offer effective communication support to ensure smooth interaction between tutors and students

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience in playing musical instruments is preferred
• Relevant qualifications in music education are preferred
• Demonstrates patience, responsibility, and punctuality
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Successful candidates must voluntarily undergo the Sexual Conviction Record Check and declare any criminal convictions or ongoing investigations

Our organization is committed to providing professional music education for visually impaired individuals. We are currently seeking Braille Music Score Facilitators to support the creation and editing of braille music scores during the 2025–2026 academic year. The role ensures the accuracy and accessibility of music scores to enhance the music learning experience for visually impaired individuals.

Scope of Duties:

• Input music scores using MuseScore software
• Collaborate with visually impaired braille editors to edit and finalize braille music scores
• Read aloud musical notes and symbols during the editing process
• Assist in organizing and archiving braille music score files, ensuring proper data management Qualifications and Requirements:
• Holders of ABRSM Grade 5 Music Theory or higher qualifications are preferred
• Proficient in using MuseScore software
• Demonstrates patience, responsibility, and punctuality
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
